Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
  • •Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, using policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
  • •Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support burden
  • •Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling to improve team and company productivity
  • •Own and support company-wide SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, Okta) and manage SaaS procurement/renewals

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
  • •Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices (Iru, Intune, or Workspace One)
