Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, understanding the customer environment, and generating service revenue.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites, completing preventative maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCOs), and installation documentation.
  • •Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems using tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames.
  • •Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and site/service documentation while adhering to training, quality, and safety requirements.
  • •Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability and capacity across multiple modalities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate Degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred).
  • •Able to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and also in a hospital/healthcare environment as required.
  • •Able to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations, and safely work with radiation sources/materials with required PPE.
