Field Service Engineer - IGT (Columbia, South Carolina)

Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain IGT equipment at customer sites while delivering exceptional customer service and managing expectations, entitlements, and commitments. Work with the regional team to improve processes and close training gaps, handle administrative requirements, and resolve equipment and system issues using available tools and escalation paths. Diagnose and repair electronic, network, and mechanical problems, and travel across the assigned geography with occasional overnight stays.
