Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise critical pursuits (>$20M) by formulating winning capture and client positioning strategies.
  • •Drive integrated capture and win-rate strategies using competitive landscape analysis and insights from wins/losses.
  • •Develop holistic capture strategy—from client listening and win strategy creation to solution development, marcomms planning, answer planning, review, and debrief/lessons learned.
  • •Coordinate proposal, marketing, technical, operations, and commercial teams to prepare Capture Plans for complex proposals, while nurturing client relationships and building opportunity pipelines.
  • •Champion end-to-end sales lifecycle rigor, coordinate growth enabler functions, ensure compliance, coach regional capture teams, and guide content development and proposal best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing and aligning critical pursuit capture strategy with business targets and growth strategy as an industry expert.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic, complex pursuit strategies (NSR > £20m) across multi-disciplinary and multi-locational teams with clients and delivery partners.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational levels, with experience leading large, diverse pursuit/capture teams.
  • •Expert communication skills, including facilitating collaborative workshops with diverse teams and inclusive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience showing sales production metrics, business development strategy, team leadership, client discovery, and crafting value propositions that meet client needs.
