Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic Learning Partnership & Advisory: act as the main learning partner to QTech, understanding priorities, delivery pressures, and capability gaps; advise and deliver solutions on how technology, digital, data, AI, and the professional skills that support strong tech teams can improve delivery and performance; act as a single point of coherence across multiple QTech learning initiatives, reducing duplication and improving visibility and prioritization; lead the development of digital skills across the wider organization; partner with other business units and corporate functions where there is a clear need to build capability that improves business outcomes.
