Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into people-focused initiatives that improve engagement and performance.
  • •Provide HR guidance for employee relations, performance management, talent discussions, promotions, and workforce planning.
  • •Serve as the Employee Engagement SPOC for Bangalore GCC, leading engagement, communication, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • •Manage HR operations including Workday transactions, employee queries, leave administration, documentation, and compliance activities.
  • •Partner with HR Data & Analytics to maintain workforce metrics, analyze people data, and conduct exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partnering or a related HR role.
  • •Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders using data and insights.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • •Excellent organizational/time-management and verbal/written communication skills.
