Lead a 360-degree finance role for the highest-volume Nigeria business unit, acting as Market CFO across planning, controlling, and commercial performance. Own FP&A and variance analysis to drive EBITDA growth, oversee monthly close, provisions, reporting, and treasury workflows (billing and accounts payable). Serve as primary point for Big 4 auditors, manage legal, regulatory, and tax risks, and partner with global HQ finance to share insights and elevate standards.

•Lead FP&A future planning cycles, build business scenarios, and define paths to market profitability.
•Drive commercial growth by proposing and executing data-backed initiatives to improve top- and bottom-line performance.
•Own local controlling including monthly closing reviews, financial provisions, and robust reporting packages.
•Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets to keep leadership aligned on performance.
•Serve as primary contact for Big 4 auditors and manage legal, regulatory, and tax risks; oversee treasury, billing, and accounts payable.
•Liaise with global HQ finance leadership to surface regional risks/opportunities and share process improvements.
