Key Responsibilities

  • •Run scheduling and interview logistics for the R&D team, managing calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
  • •Host and greet candidates onsite, adjusting the experience so each person feels comfortable.
  • •Provide timely, clear updates to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers and coordinate on any issues that arise.
  • •Work with recruiters and hiring managers to identify problems early and adjust plans on the fly.
  • •Own Ashby ATS data quality to keep the recruiting pipeline clean, and support improvements and metrics for hiring pace and time to hire.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops in a fast and technical environment.
  • •Comfort double-checking scheduling details (including time zones) before invites go out.
  • •A strong instinct for fixing clunky processes without being asked.
  • •Ability to juggle many moving parts while maintaining a calm, reliable follow-through.
  • •Experience handling sensitive information discreetly; bonus if familiar with Ashby or supported technical/research teams.
