Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate shared infrastructure for research, including resource systems, data systems, tooling, and observability.
  • •Create automation and internal tooling (dashboards, integrations, self-service tooling, alerts) using modern coding tools.
  • •Own hiring and onboarding operations, including interview logistics, leveling consistency, and day-one productivity.
  • •Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Engineering to keep cross-functional system interfaces clean and scalable.
