Key Responsibilities

•Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations within budget and programme constraints.
•Demonstrate strong technical understanding and maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations; lead the quality assurance process for project deliverables.
•Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential; foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
•Act as a strong communicator, effectively engaging with clients, team members, and external partners across projects.
•Possess a strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and embed a safety-first culture within the area of responsibility.

Key Requirements

•BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or demonstrable equivalent experience
•Be professionally qualified or working towards accreditation with a relevant body (ICE, CIWEM etc.)
•Experience working within the water/wastewater industry leading project teams and managing design
•Ability to lead QC/QA processes and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements
•Willingness to develop junior staff and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
