Job Summary

Drive manufacturing excellence by supporting production operations, resolving issues, and improving system-level manufacturing test processes. You’ll lead root-cause investigations using production data, develop and optimize test processes for repeatability and data integrity, and build/maintain manufacturing software and automation tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to support test stations (e.g., AIM, Safety, FAT), compliance activities, and CAPA to improve quality, yield, efficiency, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery goals.
•Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using production data analysis.
•Serve as the technical expert for system-level manufacturing test processes supporting AIM, Safety, FAT, and other test stations.
•Develop, validate, and optimize test processes to improve test repeatability, efficiency, and data integrity.
•Develop and maintain manufacturing software, automation tools, and system integrations while supporting compliance and CAPA activities with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,250 - 127,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test engineering, software engineering, or related technical roles supporting production operations.
•Hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems, automated test equipment, MES systems, process validation, and regulated manufacturing environments.
•Strong software development skills in C#, C++, and SQL with object-oriented programming experience.
•Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production data analysis to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
