Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions. Drive growth by proactively promoting and selling deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and by making referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners. Provide excellent client experiences, support teller-line processing when needed, and help the banking center meet sales goals while complying with bank regulations and internal controls.
