Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow
  • •Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
  • •Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment
  • •Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control
  • •Present engineering projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • •Requires at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
  • •Proficient in English (approximately 80%), with the ability to actively participate and lead meetings, as well as communicate effectively in professional written and verbal interactions
  • •Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management
  • •Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
