Job Summary

Lead onsite industrial engineering projects to optimize plant layout, work sequences, and resource utilization. Develop standard work, routings, and capacity models; drive cost reduction and productivity improvements. Present project results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, and travel to U.S. sites to support initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow
•Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
•Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment
•Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control
•Present engineering projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
•Requires at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment
•Proficient in English (approximately 80%), with the ability to actively participate and lead meetings, as well as communicate effectively in professional written and verbal interactions
•Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management
•Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
