Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic legal advice to support auto finance business, technology, and innovation initiatives across product lifecycle and go-to-market planning.
  • •Translate legal requirements (e.g., privacy, IP, antitrust, and consumer-finance regulations) into clear business guidance for analysts and senior executives.
  • •Partner with business teams to solve problems in flight with an ownership mindset and a learning approach.
  • •Collaborate with the Legal Department to vet and scale risk while supporting responsible innovation in ambiguous/gray areas.
  • •Foster alignment by building consensus and influencing decisions through sound judgment, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,500 - 239,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
  • •At least 7 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency
  • •5+ years of experience advising financial services or technology companies
  • •Experience advising regulatory compliance matters including UDAAP, the FCRA, GLBA, ECOA, and TILA
