•Develop and execute communications, newsletters, surveys, and organizational updates across multiple channels.
•Gather and synthesize stakeholder content and translate sales data and business updates into narratives and executive summaries.
•Manage the Prepared Foods sales calendar and coordinate organization-wide meetings and events, including virtual and hybrid Teams sessions.
•Maintain SharePoint sites and partner with Training to develop, update, and distribute onboarding and learning materials.
•Lead multiple projects from planning through execution and identify opportunities to improve collaboration and engagement through technology and process changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, change management, or a closely related area in a large manufacturing or retail organization.
•Experience in sales enablement, communications, training, learning & development, commercial operations, business operations, or a related field (preferred).
•Experience supporting communications, meetings, training programs, events, or knowledge management initiatives (preferred).
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint or similar platforms (preferred).
