Job Summary

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, serving as the key escalation point for complex issues from L1 engineers. Diagnose problems across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and platform services while working with customers, internal engineering teams, and Oracle support. Create and maintain runbooks and documentation, mentor L1 engineers through knowledge transfer, identify recurring issue patterns, and participate in Well-Architected Reviews.

•Provide advanced troubleshooting for OCI services and architectures.

•Collaborate with OCI service teams and participate in Well-Architected Reviews.

Key Requirements

•Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional and one additional OCI certification.
•2+ years of experience with OCI services in an MSP or vendor support role.
•Strong networking concepts knowledge and security best practices.
•Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
•Proficiency in a programming/scripting language (Python, Shell scripting, etc.) and advanced Linux/Windows troubleshooting skills.
