Job Summary

Lead and build Vanta's Professional Services from the ground up, defining delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing, and team structure. Develop scalable packages for enterprise and mid-market, create repeatable onboarding and enablement processes, and align services with the product roadmap to drive adoption, revenue, and retention across all customer segments. Collaborate with Sales, CS, Solutions, and Channel & Alliances to ensure seamless handoffs, and own the PS P&L with a focus on outcomes, quality, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish the Professional Services function from the ground up: define delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure.
•Develop scalable service packages for enterprise and mid-market, with differentiated approaches and a repeatable, measurable service motion for onboarding and enablement.
•Own and grow the Professional Services revenue line, including scoping, SOW negotiation, and services bookings; implement tools and QA processes to improve metrics.
•Lead and develop a high-performing PS team, with onboarding programs and ongoing enablement; serve as the executive escalation point for complex engagements.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel & Alliances to ensure seamless presales-to-post-sales handoffs and partner-enabled engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 410,000 - 470,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software and/or AI company
•Proven builder: you've hired, structured, and developed PS organizations from scratch and know what great looks like at every level
•Track record of owning services revenue, with experience scoping, pricing, and selling professional services engagements including SOWs, change orders, and renewals
•AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI tools to drive team productivity and delivery quality, and you've experimented with (or built) AI-enabled workflows in a services or customer-facing context
•Strong operator: you build processes, implement tools, and use data to drive decisions
