Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Help create an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock-room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales-driven KPIs while following Asset Protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Flexibility in schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
