Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and overall supervision of associates and contractors performing calibrations and testing activities at the facility.
  • •Direct group activities, resolve problems/issues with contractors, vendors, and internal/external clients, and track scheduled workload progress.
  • •Review and approve departmental procedures, work orders, and reports; drive systems improvements.
  • •Train and mentor staff on equipment, procedures, and systems, and work with system/equipment owners to set calibration tolerances and ranges.
  • •Maintain safe operations and ensure measurement traceability, quality, and regulatory compliance; identify and resolve quality issues and support internal/external quality audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience, or Master’s with at least 6 years, or PhD with at least 4 years.
  • •Experience calibrating process, laboratory, packaging, and utility systems instrumentation/equipment in a GMP environment.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, P&IDs, and work instructions, including reviewing GMP documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Experience participating in client, regulatory, and internal audits and presenting/defending a Calibration Program in regulatory audits.
