Provide an industry-leading client service experience in branch and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to assess client needs, offer appropriate deposit and credit solutions, and refer more complex goals to specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties as needed, meet individual and branch sales targets, and complete required sales/service/product training. Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
