Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting/packaging currency, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining cash supplies
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions and confidentiality safeguards
