Job Summary

Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to surface actionable insights for proactive remediation. Develop remote actions and automation flows, configure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring, and optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and incident volume. Partner with platform, Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable Nexthink solutions, analyze endpoint data, and support self-healing IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to deliver actionable insights.
•Develop and maintain remote actions and automation flows for proactive remediation, including optimizing workflows to reduce incident volume.
•Configure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring to improve endpoint visibility and performance and identify trends and recurring issues from endpoint data.
•Translate use cases into scalable Nexthink solutions (e.g., device health, application performance, incident prevention) and create dashboards tracking key metrics (DEX, incident drivers, performance issues).
•Partner with engineering, Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to gather requirements and help implement self-healing and proactive IT capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
•Hands-on experience with Nexthink (dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns).
•Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices in an enterprise framework (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum).
