Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and roadmap enterprise IT platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Intune), including configuration standards, release management, and security posture.
  • •Lead platform initiatives end to end (requirements, design, sequencing, rollback/validation planning, execution).
  • •Design and build integrations and automations using REST APIs, Okta Workflows, and scripting in Python and Bash; maintain the automation ecosystem.
  • •Stand up and maintain an integration layer connecting internal tools/data sources to AI systems, including MCP servers, access scoping, credentials, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • •Serve as the senior technical escalation point, mentor IT Systems Administrators/Support Specialists, and author architecture documentation, access maps, runbooks, and run procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Able to work Monday through Friday in the US Eastern or Central time zone.
  • •5+ years administering enterprise IT systems as a systems administrator.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise identity (Okta/Okta Workflows), Google Workspace administration, and endpoint management across macOS and Windows (Jamf, Intune).
  • •Build integrations and automations using APIs and scripting languages like Python and/or Bash, including troubleshooting connectivity.
  • •Hands-on experience enabling and governing AI features in enterprise SaaS platforms or standing up and securing AI integrations (e.g., MCP servers).
