Key Responsibilities

•Define and own enterprise ABM strategy, including account segmentation, journey mapping, campaign plans, and paid ads strategy.
•Design and lead the ABM and paid operating model and team structure for contractors and agency partners as the org scales.
•Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to align on account selection, goals, and engagement cadences.
•Set ABM and paid success metrics and enable day-to-day campaign, budget, and channel decisions to hit targets.
•Own and optimize paid media agency relationships, measure and report account-level performance, and build AI-powered workflows to scale testing and optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,000 - 261,200 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation marketing, performance marketing, or an equivalent field.
•Comfort working with Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, and creative/agency partners to align on target-account lists and engagement plans.
•Experience executing multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, ads, events, personalized outreach, direct mail, etc.) with measurable outcomes.
•Understanding of account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline, conversion) and iterating campaigns based on data.
•Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets and agency relationships across self-serve and enterprise motions.
