Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve the enterprise approach to career development and implement a scalable, cohesive ecosystem anchored to business capability needs and succession priorities.
  • •Translate talent strategy into accelerated talent frameworks to improve readiness for destination roles and strengthen succession.
  • •Lead the enterprise PDC framework, owning philosophy, process architecture, and annual calendar to drive accountability and inclusive development conversations.
  • •Own assessment and evaluation techniques within the PDC cycle and partner with the Workday Talent product owner to optimize configuration for adoption and data integrity.
  • •Build analytics to measure program effectiveness and impact, translate insights for senior stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement of the PDC approach.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, career development, and/or performance management within a complex, global organization.
  • •Deep knowledge of career development frameworks, performance management best practices, and adult learning principles.
  • •5+ years of people leader experience with a strong commitment to developing others.
  • •Experience working with Workday Talent and development modules, translating business requirements into system design.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred.
