Own the enterprise strategy for career and performance development, architecting scalable solutions across early-career talent, mid-career acceleration, and the Performance & Development Connections (PDC) framework. Partner with global and regional HR leaders and Talent Councils to address development gaps, define success metrics, drive continuous improvement through analytics, and elevate practice quality through team leadership and enablement.

•Evolve the enterprise approach to career development and implement a scalable, cohesive ecosystem anchored to business capability needs and succession priorities.
•Translate talent strategy into accelerated talent frameworks to improve readiness for destination roles and strengthen succession.
•Lead the enterprise PDC framework, owning philosophy, process architecture, and annual calendar to drive accountability and inclusive development conversations.
•Own assessment and evaluation techniques within the PDC cycle and partner with the Workday Talent product owner to optimize configuration for adoption and data integrity.
•Build analytics to measure program effectiveness and impact, translate insights for senior stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement of the PDC approach.

Salary: USD 146,521.66 - 204,609.99 annually

•10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, career development, and/or performance management within a complex, global organization.
•Deep knowledge of career development frameworks, performance management best practices, and adult learning principles.
•5+ years of people leader experience with a strong commitment to developing others.
•Experience working with Workday Talent and development modules, translating business requirements into system design.
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred.
