Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and implement project controls systems, reports, and the progress measurement system.
  • •Analyze and interpret cost forecasting and trending, including monthly project forecast preparation.
  • •Assist with finance activities such as project cash flows and cost spread, and support required monthly accruals for accounts payable.
  • •Monitor scope variations, capture and assess impacts, and analyze committed costs and actual vs. budget performance.
  • •Lead change management efforts (cost estimates and contract amendments), support earned value verification against invoices, and train junior personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields or 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • •Ability to understand project scope and schedule and their relationship to cost and progress.
  • •Working knowledge of cost, schedule, estimating, and accounting interfaces.
  • •Basic understanding of JD Edwards is a plus.
