Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor HSEMS at construction project sites and ensure compliance with approved safety plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • •Conduct daily safety inspections against safe systems of work and Permit to Work, and chair internal safety meetings including subcontractor HSE representatives.
  • •Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and submit detailed reports to HSE office within 48 hours.
  • •Prepare and distribute daily safety inspection reports and track actions from meeting minutes, escalating overdue HSE items.
  • •Coordinate emergency handling, support accident/near-miss reporting, and provide on-job safety training materials and guidance on QHSE and asset management procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering.
  • •Level 3 or equivalent certification in Occupational Health & Safety, or NEBOSH-IGC.
  • •0 to 3 years of experience in construction projects.
  • •Strong communication skills and computer proficiency in MS Office, including training and presentation.
  • •Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness planning.
