Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in updating manufacturing floor layouts to improve material flow and ensure safe operator movements.
  • •Help perform time studies and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks; assist in implementing process improvements to balance assembly lines.
  • •Support the tracking of key performance indicators, including First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Process Effectiveness (OPE).
  • •Support Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) reviews by documenting feedback from the factory floor to help simplify assembly.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions to ensure consistent quality.
