Job Summary

Lead and manage market research opportunities for the EEMEA region, bridging research capabilities to commercial growth. Develop and execute regional commercial strategies, drive scoping and pricing for research engagements, and represent the ARC function in regional spend and pipeline activities. Coordinate project scope, timelines, and cross-functional delivery; oversee survey design and third-party fieldwork; and produce reporting and insights aligned to regional revenue and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage in ARC front-door activities across regional tracks and business lines.
•Enable scoping and pricing for research opportunities with regional BD leads and PEMs.
•Represent ARC in the 3rd Party spend committee and act as a single-door for pipeline opportunities.
•Lead delivery planning by defining project scope, coordinating cross-functional work, and managing timelines and pricing.
•Conduct roadshows and regional communications to drive awareness of ARC capabilities and provide feedback to product teams to bundle research across product lines.

Key Requirements

•Have 15+ years of experience in the research domain across quantitative market research projects.
•Lead and manage EEMEA market research opportunities in partnership with account managers, business development, and pre-engagement managers.
•Define project scope, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and pricing, and ensure successful delivery.
•Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
•Collaborate with internal research teams and third-party vendors to design surveys, manage fieldwork, and ensure accurate, on-time data collection.
