Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive results: Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • •Perform beauty services: Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • •Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards: Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • •Foster inclusiveness and teamwork: Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
  • •Uphold Sephora standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Key Requirements
