Job Summary

Coordinate show and event productions for Live Nation’s US Concerts team by supporting the Production Manager with technical, personnel, and financial preparation. Assist with daily show flash (P&L), budget awareness, inventory and maintenance logs, and cost-effective procedures. Help schedule staff within budget guidelines, manage communications with production leadership, support stage/sound/lighting crews, and maintain vendor records and shared-drive filing.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Production Manager to ensure successful reconciliation of show and event productions by coordinating technical, personnel, and financial aspects.
•Complete a daily show flash (P&L) for events and maintain awareness of department budget while tracking financial aspects.
•Create and maintain daily/weekly show schedules, coordinating staffing levels to keep labor costs within budget guidelines.
•Maintain department manuals and training materials; train and assist production department personnel as needed.
•Oversee inventory and maintenance logs, support stage/sound/lighting crews, advance technical and hospitality details, and maintain vendor records and past show files.

Key Requirements

•Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
•Tour and stage production experience, including understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear, concise decisions with limited information.
•Computer literate in Windows applications, with Excel and Word required.
•Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with confident understanding of standard business accounting and math.
