Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production department and Venue.
  • •Assist/complete daily show flash (P&L) and support show/event production reconciliation.
  • •Maintain department manuals and training materials for production positions; train/assist personnel as needed.
  • •Create daily/weekly show schedules and coordinate staffing with the Production Manager to stay within budget guidelines.
  • •Support operations including interdepartmental communication, crew coordination (stage/sound/lighting), equipment maintenance oversight, vendor record maintenance, and filing of past show documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
  • •Tour and stage production experience.
  • •Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear, concise decisions with limited information.
  • •Proficiency with Windows applications, including Excel and Word.
