Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial and project controls oversight on CBTC projects from start-up through execution, closeout, and dispute resolution.
  • •Develop and maintain the Commercial Management Plan covering program line contracts, force account, and related agreements to keep the program on schedule and within budget.
  • •Establish performance oversight to monitor design-builders and the PMT’s progress, schedule, and budget performance.
  • •Conduct value engineering and applicable cost management, including payment and invoicing functions.
  • •Perform required risk management and oversee contractor achievement and reporting of diversity goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies, or business management (or related).
  • •15 years of experience supporting major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, and/or water/utility capital projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Strong background in project controls, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
  • •Ability to produce and present executive-level cost, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.
