Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute portfolio strategy, including business cases for new products/opportunities and phase-appropriate pricing.
  • •Develop and execute the annual operation plan and forecasts through SIOP, ensuring capital and headcount needs align to the IPT budget.
  • •Drive product portfolio performance through lifecycle phases, including program execution, field support, and next-generation technology offerings (or sun setting).
  • •Direct management of the Program Management team and coordinate functional organizations to support resources for programs, proposals, and investments.
  • •Maximize profit and cash conversion by meeting key business measures (e.g., gross margin, inventory turns, program execution) and responding to key customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, sales, or program management environment.
