•Translate operational and financial insights into actionable recommendations and guide unit-economics action plans.
•Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures across channels.
•Coach franchise operations leaders and support new restaurant growth and market expansion initiatives.

Key Requirements

•12+ years’ experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, QSR, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
•Proven success improving business performance and operational excellence across multiple markets.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of influencing profitability and business outcomes.
•Experience in regional and/or matrixed organizations (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.
