Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire spa, treatment/changing areas, waiting areas, and relaxation zones per Health and Safety and Spa Manager directions.
  • •Perform morning/evening spa area set-ups and turn-down service for guest areas.
  • •Assist therapists with preparing treatment setups and clearing after treatments.
  • •Support guests in changing areas and ensure they are not left unattended; escort guests to the spa waiting area and attend to their needs.
  • •Report guest comments/complaints and defects, check lost and found items, and manage dirty linen removal and storeroom cleanliness/stock levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
  • •Previous experience in 5-star resorts.
  • •Experience in public areas or housekeeping is ideally required.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • •Ability to walk, stand, and perform heavy lifting; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
