Drive the distribution and growth of employee benefits solutions for multinational clients across APAC. •Lead and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Zurich’s multinational employee benefits footprint across APAC.
•Build, manage, and deepen partnerships with key international clients, brokers, and consulting firms.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, secure major multinational accounts, and drive revenue and retention targets.
•Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to design tailored, compliant employee benefits programs for pooling and captive clients.
•Track regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business strategies and support operational excellence and brand promotion.

•At least 15 years’ experience in senior commercial and distribution roles, with strong APAC track record (Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, India).
