Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all operations and procedures of the communications section, reviewing operational plans and supervising contact center operations and development according to best practices.
  • •Define and implement institutional communications plans and ensure alignment with the authority’s overall strategy.
  • •Manage institutional messaging across traditional and digital media channels, ensuring consistency with corporate identity and strategy.
  • •Ensure effective handling of customer and public inquiries through ongoing on-the-job training, FAQ lists, and coordination with relevant organizational units.
  • •Oversee media relations and crisis communications, supervise communications team and external providers (e.g., media and design agencies), and ensure quality, timeliness, and reporting on media coverage and public sentiment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (11 years) or Master’s degree (9 years) of relevant work experience.
  • •Degree in Media, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited university.
  • •Ability to define and approve strategic and operational goals for the communications/contact center function.
  • •Experience managing institutional messages across multiple traditional and digital channels while ensuring consistency with corporate identity.
  • •Ability to supervise teams and external service providers and ensure quality of deliverables and timelines.
