Build strong relationships with testing sites and support online scheduling while working regular weekday test days within a defined travel radius.

Key Responsibilities

•Proctor computerized CNA exam and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
•Prepare and secure test events by monitoring rosters, setting up/cleaning the site, and controlling the test area per Prometric policies.
•Verify identification, manage candidate flow, and address candidate issues or escalate appropriately.
•Protect exam content by administering computer-based testing and maintaining technical readiness (e.g., reboot workstations, reset passwords).
•Coordinate candidate rosters and maintain online appointment schedules while working up to 1–2 test days per week within the assigned travel radius.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
•One year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, plus strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
•A valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to test events.
