Job Summary

Lead finance operations for the KSA entity, owning monthly close and statutory/tax filings while strengthening internal controls and governance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for KSA (D+3 target) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
•Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations, and SAMA reporting requirements.
•Oversee treasury and liquidity management for KSA, including bank accounts, merchant settlements, mandates, and payment approvals.
•Manage external audits and deliver audit-ready financials with complete documentation.
•Establish and strengthen internal controls; support ERP re-platforming to Oracle NetSuite and integrations, and drive ECL provisioning under IFRS 9.

•8–12+ years in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 FS audit.

•Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting (SAMA, ZATCA) and managing external audits.
•Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred), plus advanced Excel; SQL/data analysis exposure is a plus.
