Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, develop, and motivate a geographically diverse team executing financial analysis processes to inform business decisions and meet operational goals.
  • •Lead budget management, earned value management, estimate at complete analysis, compliance monitoring, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Perform and analyze estimates at completion, budget baselining development, financial forecasting, and risk management analysis.
  • •Develop and execute project/process plans, implement policies and procedures, set operational goals, and acquire resources for projects.
  • •Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the finance team and with business partners; provide oversight and coaching on technical approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • •3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial/resource forecasts, and assessing risks and opportunities.
  • •3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing's “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •Ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements by being a “U.S. Person” as defined in 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
