Area Service Manager

Lead service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and new equipment installations for customers in the Sioux Falls area. Own P&L responsibilities, monthly revenue forecasting, budget control, risk mitigation, margin expectations, and cash flow. Oversee service coordination, technician recruitment, training, and development, ensuring customer satisfaction and EHS compliance. Partner with sales on service agreement pricing and manage invoicing and collections while coordinating work across the district.
