Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the data science lead for one or more product or business areas (Payments, Stablecoin, or Custody).
  • •Partner with product and business leads to shape roadmap decisions and define success and measurement.
  • •Build reusable scientific frameworks including product and network health metrics, causal inference approaches, and cross-surface forecasting.
  • •Apply AI (LLMs and agentic workflows) to scale and automate analytics, and help non-DS partners access data.
  • •Define and communicate core metrics and evidence-based evaluation of growth, adoption drivers, and volume to leadership; mentor and raise the bar for the DS function.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in data science or quantitative analysis with measurable impact on product and business decisions.
  • •Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on roadmap and measurement/decision-making.
  • •Track record designing analytics and measurement frameworks adopted by other teams.
  • •Hands-on AI experience to accelerate analytics workflows, including agentic analysis and AI-assisted insight generation.
  • •Strong expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling; advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred.
