Field Marketing Manager to own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of external trade shows and field marketing initiatives. You’ll bridge communications, marketing, business development, and operations to ensure mission-aligned events, scalable processes, and data-driven outcomes across the field marketing program.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end planning and execution for external trade shows, conferences, and industry events, from concept development through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
•Lead coordination of booth design, layout, messaging, and logistics to ensure high-impact, mission-aligned presence at each event.
•Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, shipping, installation, teardown, and on-site operations for events of varying scale and complexity.
•Liaise with Business Development to design booth setups and on-site experiences that support targeted conversations with priority customers, partners, and stakeholders.
•Track event-related marketing data and performance metrics, define success metrics with BD, and build post-event reporting to demonstrate ROI and insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, events, or related roles (defense, aerospace, robotics, or deep tech preferred).
•Experience owning complex trade shows or large-scale events from planning through execution.
•Strong operational mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
•Experience collaborating with Business Development or Sales to support customer-facing initiatives.
•Comfort with data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness and communicate results.
