Job Summary

Build and evolve world-class commercial web applications for construction teams, translating product requirements into iterative, customer-facing enhancements. Design scalable front-end solutions with clear system boundaries, evaluate trade-offs for performance and maintainability, and help drive architectural decisions across components and services. Lead root-cause analysis for production issues, improve engineering quality via code reviews and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, UX, Architects, and distributed peers using Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and continuous improvement.
•Translate high-level product requirements into iterative, customer-facing enhancements.
•Design and develop scalable solutions with clear system boundaries across components and services, including evaluating performance/complexity trade-offs.
•Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and implement durable fixes and preventative improvements.
•Improve code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing strategies, and CI/CD improvements; mentor engineers and support Agile delivery estimates and technical risk management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
•Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and internals.
•Experience with state management such as Redux, MobX, or React Query.
•Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress, plus Webpack and Rsbuild.
•Experience with scalable, high-performance applications, web architectures/APIs/service-oriented systems, and automated testing/CI/CD with Git.
