•Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery and optimization on web and app platforms, developing scalable, compliant solutions
•Own the Product Backlog for Sachbezug and Essenszulage and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
•Work cross-functionally, clarify requirements, and ensure seamless integration of new features into the platform
•Translate requirements from Customer Service, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal and Sales into user stories and functions
•Steer product development from technical assessment to Go-Live with a focus on speed, accuracy and attention to detail

•You have a business degree with a focus on Product Management and solid experience in product management; you can lead products through their lifecycle

•You work closely with platform and UX teams and can translate requirements into technical, meaningful work
•You manage stakeholder expectations and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership
