Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach, develop, and lead the branch team to deliver excellent client service and execute the Branch Playbook.
  • •Accountable for branch operations and compliance, including operational/regulatory procedures, security, audit procedures, and completion of branch tasks.
  • •Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition, including outside calling and developing community referral networks.
  • •Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates; manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage within the branch.
  • •Provide performance management and disciplined coaching using observational coaching, joint sales calls, and training tools.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts, including consumer credit fundamentals (loan to value, debt to income, credit reports) (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and communicate effectively with strong public speaking skills (required).
