Key Responsibilities

  • •Localise and execute the marketing strategy and plan for the Northern Europe region based on the EMEA plan.
  • •Drive regional demand generation both offline and online across multiple marketing channels.
  • •Optimise and measure marketing activity success, reporting on leads, opportunities, cost metrics, and return on marketing investment.
  • •Build and manage a local marketing team as the regional presence grows, taking ownership of the regional marketing budget.
  • •Partner with local Sales leadership and stakeholders, using market insight and performance data to improve regional marketing performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7–12 years’ marketing experience, preferably regional, demand generation, field marketing, or integrated marketing within a global organisation.
  • •Strong B2B marketing knowledge with experience across marketing channels including events, conferences, email, web, social media, paid search, and display.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken); an additional Northern European language is an advantage.
  • •Experience using marketing/CRM and social media tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, Sitefinity) and translating performance data into business insights.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is desirable; a master’s degree is an advantage.
