Job Summary

Design, implement, and govern enterprise Atlassian platforms that enable Agile delivery, DevOps, ITSM, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide architectural leadership across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Guard, and related tooling, driving cloud transformation, integrations, automation, and platform reliability. Act as a technical expert for sales and pre-sales, shaping solution estimates and roadmaps while advising senior stakeholders and leading implementation squads.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and lead end-to-end Atlassian platform architectures in Cloud, including migrations from Data Center/Server.
•Provide governance, standards, and best practices for workflows, permissions, automation, and security guardrails, including Atlassian Guard implementations with SSO/MFA.
•Architect integrations and automation using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, Jira automation, ScriptRunner, PowerScripts, and Forge.
•Drive performance, reliability, and operations: health checks, monitoring dashboards, incident procedures, and troubleshooting for complex platform issues.
•Act as a technical subject matter expert for sales and pre-sales, including solution estimates, advising stakeholders, and leading implementation squads.

Key Requirements

•Deep architecture experience across Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center platforms.
•Expert knowledge of Jira Software, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Analytics (including Advanced Roadmaps, Assets/CMDB, and Automation).
•Experience with ScriptRunner / Forge / Connect app frameworks and Marketplace apps such as Xray, BigPicture, Insight/Assets, and Tempo.
•Strong understanding of Agile scaling models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
•Proven experience architecting integrations via REST APIs, event-based automation, and identity/security frameworks.
