Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products while identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services and upgrades.
  • •Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions and work toward individual sales goals to support clinic performance.
  • •Welcome clients and manage check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
  • •Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail; answer calls, emails, and voicemail professionally.
  • •Support front-desk operations including opening/closing, maintaining a clean environment, monitoring supplies and inventory, and assisting with training and other clinic responsibilities as needed.
