Own grocery category growth for tMart, managing assortments, pricing, offers, and supply to drive commercial performance and alignment with the company’s strategy. Monitor department-level sales, gross margin, profit and loss, define local assortment plans, and work with local suppliers on purchasing and issues. Set pricing and promo strategies using market pricing audits, competitor and trend insights, and coordinate promotional calendars and execution inputs to replenishment.
