  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies, including face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Execute branch engagement routines by leading, growing, coaching, and motivating teammates to fulfill Purpose, Mission, and Values.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including required training completion.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, development planning, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
